Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be: - Unused and in original packaging - In resaleable condition
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
